What are the next steps once I complete the onboarding form?
Simply complete the form at the beginning of the page and we will set up your Airlead account, phone number and integrate your Booking Koala. We will then set up an onboarding call so we can integrate your Google My Business page, facebook page, domains and switch on the automations which are suitable for your business. We offer a toolkit of prebuilt functions which you can use at your leisure and based on you business needs.
What if there are automations which I need built out which are not already included?
We get constant requests to build out new automations which is great! We are happy to develop custom automations for you . The only thing we ask is if we can reuse them for other people incase they need a similar solution. If you agree to this, there will be no extra cost. If you want a pre built automation which you do not want to share then we can provide a cost for this.
Do you implement other integrations?
Yes we do. Our aim is to streamline your process and reduce the amount of systems you have to log into. Let us know what you would like to integrate or replace and we will come to you with a solution.
I already have a Highlevel account how do I get the benefits?
If you already have a Highlevel account, you can get all of the benefits we provide by switching to our agency account. We provide a free location transfer. This means you will be able to transfer all of your data, leads functions, automations from your previous agency owner. We will ensure a smooth migrate of data so it is a seamless experience for you.
